1. Club Information

2. Membership Types
AlphaLab. Club offers the following membership options:
Silver Membership – automatically renewed every 12 months.
Gold Membership – automatically renewed every 12 months.
Membership benefits may include early access to specific trainings, product drops, special releases, and event ticket sales, as communicated by AlphaLab. Club. Exact details in the according Membership description.
Early-access benefits are subject to the following conditions:

Early-access applies only to members whose subscription was active before the drop or event announcement.

Memberships purchased after an announcement, or solely to access a specific drop or event, do not qualify for that benefit.

AlphaLab. Club reserves the right to verify eligibility and restrict early-access in cases of suspected misuse.
AlphaLab. Club may add, adjust, or remove membership benefits at any time. Any changes will be communicated when appropriate.
3. Membership Fees & Payment
Yearly Membership:
Silver:
One payment - CHF 120.00 per year
Twelve payments - CHF 14.00 per month (12 x CHF 14.00 for a total of CHF 168.00)
Gold:
One payment - CHF 225.00 per year
Twelve payments - CHF 25.00 per month (12 x CHF 25.00 for a total of CHF 300.00)
Fees are charged automatically in advance via your selected method of payment.
If a payment is not received within 7 days, the Club may suspend access until the balance is settled.
Members bear any bank or collection charges resulting from late payments.
4. Contract Duration & Renewal
Yearly memberships renew automatically each year.
Members will be informed at least 30 days before renewal.
Membership runs continuously unless terminated according to Section 5.
5. Cancellation & Termination
Yearly membership: terminable at the end of the 12 month term with 1 month written notice.
Cancellations must be submitted by email to clubalphalab@gmail.com or by post to the Club address.
No refunds are granted for partial months or years.
6. Data Protection
AlphaLab. Club complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.
Personal data is processed solely for membership management, billing, communication and event administration.
Data is stored securely and not shared with third parties except for service providers acting on behalf of the Club.
Members may request access, correction or deletion of their personal data at any time via clubalphalab@gmail.com or by post to the Club address.
Marketing communications are sent only with consent and can be unsubscribed from at any time.
7. Liability & Insurance
Participation in any AlphaLab. Club activity, online or physical, occurs at the member’s own risk.
AlphaLab. Club assumes no liability for injuries, accidents or loss of property.
Members are advised to maintain personal accident and liability insurance.
8. Force Majeure
The Club is not liable for service interruptions or cancellations caused by events beyond its control. (e.g. natural disasters, government measures, pandemics, or technical outages).
9. Intellectual Property & Content Use
All digital materials, training plans, videos and other content provided by AlphaLab. Club remain the intellectual property of the Club.
Members may use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Copying, sharing, redistributing or reselling any AlphaLab. Club content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
10. Code of Conduct / Community Rules
Members agree to behave respectfully in all AlphaLab. Club channels, events and online platforms.
Discriminatory, harassing or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
The Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership without refund if a member violates community rules or damages the reputation of the Club.
11. Amendments to Terms
AlphaLab. Club may modify these Terms & Conditions.
Members will be informed of any substantial change at least 30 days before it takes effect.
Continued membership after notification constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By registering and paying for a membership, the member confirms that they:
have read and understood these Terms & Conditions;
agree to comply with the Club’s rules and payment obligations
acknowledge participation at their own risk.
Digital Confirmation:
Completion of online sign-up or payment is deemed equivalent to a signature.
